Whimsical First!

The Birthday Girls
Hazel and Haven! My mom got the twins these tutus and i'm typically not too into this stuff but i thought why not, its for fun and anything goes and as long as they don't hate them ... they loved them, it was something new to suck on, haha :) Plus, i think they knew it was something special so they were extra happy and excited for things in these tutus.

And of course Big Sister, Halle!
Halle, had to put a skirt on like sisters, this was a gift from brett's aunt so it fit suit just perfect so halle wasn't left out on all the 'specialness'.

AND The Five!

Decorations!
I made most everything, WHICH are soon to be available on my Etsy website, Pieces of Color! I got 3 dozen mini cupcakes from the Gruene Flour Cupcakery which were delicious and 2 bigger cupcakes for the twins to dive into. I made little party bags filled with candies. We also made mini brownies, which halle loved! I made two 'Happy Birthday' banners made from thick cardstock and hemp twine. Two fabric banners and six strands of paper garland! I also, made a bouquet of modern paper flowers which were on the present table!

Present Time!
All the girls had to be front and center. Everything was something that must be tasted or chewed on! They got the Little People Farm and Noah's Ark, which included maybe 30 animal figures! Also, they got a Little Tikes Red car AND scooter! (hazel is slightly obsessed with the car, she gets angry if anyone looks interested in playing with it, her property, she just camps out in it, its pretty cute actually) They also got super cute outfits of course, too!

 Dive In!
The twins got to dive into vanilla cupcakes with super cute butterflys on them with their names written down the middle. They did such a good job on those. Haven didn't even hesitate! She grab the entire thing and attempted to fit everything in her mouth at once, when they didn't work she worked fast to pick it apart to fit as much in in smaller pieces. Hazel, however, looked at us for permission and poked at it. As soon as she saw Haven to her side, she decided to dive in a little better. :)

Bee-Bugs & Butterblys!
Halle likes to call all bug 'bee-bugs' and 'butterblys' and that was sort of the whimsical theme of things. So here are the twins in their butterbly outfits. They thought the wings and headbands were 'special' too since they were getting so much attention for them that they never tried to rip anything once! :)
