Alright y'all, here's some deliciousness for breakfast!

For yeast dough recipe CLICK: Yeast Dough
1 pack of sausages thinly sliced (roughly 1 cup sliced)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can of mild hatch green chiles diced

Spray a large round pan with non stick cooking spray. Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees F.

Brown your sliced sausage pieces in a skill and drizzle some maple syrup on top. Set aside.

Flour your surface. Knead your dough. Roll out your yeast dough roughly 12x15.

Brush your dough liberally with your melted butter.

Next sprinkle the sausage, then the can of diced green chiles, the top with the shredded cheese.

Roll up your dough (roll from the shortest side). Start from the middle and cut and 1 to 1 and half slices and gently lay them in your pan.

This should make roughly 9 rolls. (if freezing stop here, cover with plastic wrap, then foil, then stick it in a jumbo plastic bag and pop it in the freezer. When ready to make set them out 1+ hours, to let them thaw and rise a bit then cook as instructed).

Bake for 20 to 30 depending on your oven type, brush with butter about 5 minutes prior to being done.

Enjoy this buttery yeasty savory goodness craving!!
Cheers!
